By creating an account or using CoachForce, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

CoachForce is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for coaches and their clients. Our platform provides tools for:

• Creating and managing training programs
• Client management and tracking
• Communication between coaches and clients
• Progress tracking and analytics
• File and document management

3. User Accounts

To use CoachForce, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Subscription and Payment

CoachForce offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CoachForce to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

CoachForce and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoachForce and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create on CoachForce. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process it to provide our services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoachForce is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of CoachForce after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
